Caryn Wegerbauer has worked with city redevelopment and economic development agencies to promote urban retail positioning through retail market research, the development of design guidelines, project development and redevelopment strategies. Through the application of successful shopping center principles customized in strategic property planning for municipalities and downtown environments, Ms. Wegerbauer develops strategies providing the groundwork supportive of developing an urban retail environment.
Ms. Wegerbauer has worked with downtown associations to develop and promote community programs intended to bring residents from near and far to meet family and friends in downtown. Coordinating downtown events, Ms. Wegerbauer focuses upon leveraging community connections to gain marketing sponsorships and to promote events.
Ms. Wegerbauer's career includes over 18 years of experience in leasing, marketing, property management, tenant relations, neighborhood relations, budget planning and systems management. Ms. Wegerbauer graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and a minor in City Planning. She is a licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a Pittsburg Planning Commissioner and a Rotarian.
